Federally Employed Women (FEW) is a private nonprofit organization founded in 1968 by attorney and civil rights activist Allie B. Latimer, who served as founding president until 1969.

FEW began as a grassroots effort to promote equality and opportunity for women and has grown into an international organization improving working conditions for all people.

FEW membership includes federal employees, retirees, federal contractors, and others concerned with ending sex and gender discrimination and enhancing federal employment opportunities for women.

FEW's formal mission is to end sex and gender discrimination, encourage diversity for inclusion and equity in the workplace, and advance professional growth of women in federal service.

The Arkansas House of Representatives commends and celebrates FEW for 50 years of support to women in federal service.
