Authorizes Representative Vaught to pursue consideration of House Joint Resolution 1008 as a third proposed constitutional amendment for referral to state electors.

Requires identical resolutions approved by two-thirds (2/3) affirmative vote of members elected to each house before a third constitutional amendment can be considered, per Section 19(C) of Joint Rules.

The 92nd General Assembly has already referred two proposed constitutional amendments to electors for approval or rejection.

Authorizes Senator Pitsch to pursue consideration of House Joint Resolution 1008 if the joint resolution comes before the Senate for consideration.
