Repeals Arkansas Code § 10-3-1002, which required the Legislative Council, House Committee on Education, and Senate Committee on Education to annually study vocational-technical courses and evaluate cost per student classroom hour.

Eliminates the requirement for area vocational-technical schools to provide data on student attendance, cost per classroom hour, and follow-up employment placement information to legislative committees.

Removes the mandate for legislative committees to periodically review courses offered, relative benefits derived, and alternative methods of providing vocational-technical instruction more economically.

Eliminates the authority of the Legislative Council and education committees to promulgate standard and uniform forms and regulations for area vocational-technical schools to follow when compiling and furnishing course information.
