Appropriates $7,681,417 from the Southeast Arkansas College Fund for regular salaries ($5,800,000), extra help ($600,000), personal services matching ($1,100,000), and maintenance and general operations ($181,417) for fiscal year 2019-2020

Appropriates $10,400,000 from cash funds for regular salaries ($1,500,000), extra help ($150,000), overtime ($200,000), personal services matching ($1,200,000), maintenance and general operations ($3,900,000), and capital improvements ($1,500,000)

Establishes maximum of 360 regular employees including 22 administrative positions, 25 classified support positions, 5 academic positions, 67 faculty members, and 195 part-time faculty with specified salary ranges for each position

Authorizes up to 200 temporary or part-time extra help employees at rates of pay consistent with the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act

Allows the Board of Trustees to reimburse tuition and educational expenses for current faculty pursuing additional education levels to meet accreditation and professional standards in critical shortage instructional areas (effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020)
