Department of Workforce Services shall annually prepare an economic security report of employment and earnings outcomes for degrees, diplomas, and certificates earned at state-supported institutions of higher education and technical institutes, made available online and easily accessible to the public.

State-supported four-year and two-year institutions of higher education must provide enrolled students electronic access to the employment and earnings report before class registration beginning July 1, 2016.

State-supported technical institutes must provide enrolled students electronic access to the employment and earnings report before class registration beginning July 1, 2020.

Each institution must provide students annual electronic access to the top 25% of certificates and degrees by job placement and earnings, and the bottom 10% by job placement and earnings before class registration.

Public school students in grades 7-12 and their parents or guardians must receive a two-page summary and electronic access to the employment and earnings outcomes report beginning August 1, 2016.
