Amends Arkansas Code § 7-5-202(c) to modify requirements for posting sample ballots at polling sites on election day.

Allows polling sites with more than 15 ballot styles to post sample ballots online before early voting begins instead of printing physical copies at the polling location.

Permits counties to provide sample ballots in bound volumes or electronic databases as alternatives, with at least two bound volumes or one bound volume plus one electronic device for voter access.

Requires bound volumes or electronic databases to be organized so voters can easily identify the sample ballot for their specific precinct-part.

Maintains existing requirements for posting public notices, voting instructions, voting rights information, fraud prohibition information, and "VOTE HERE" directional signs at polling sites.
