Amends Arkansas Code § 24-2-618(g)(1) to modify exemptions from mandatory contract expiration provisions under the Arkansas Procurement Law for state retirement system contracts and investment agreements

Exempts contracts or investment agreements procured under Arkansas Procurement Law § 19-11-201 et seq. from mandatory expiration if the contract purpose is to invest and manage a system's trust assets, provide actuarial services, or retain custody of trust assets

Adds a new category (D) to exempt contracts whose purpose is to protect and recover trust assets of a system from mandatory expiration provisions

Allows state retirement systems and other contracting parties to mutually agree upon contract length, renewals, and extensions without the standard expiration requirements otherwise applicable to state contracts
