Amends the definition of "direct supervision" in Arkansas Code § 17-93-402(6) to clarify that the supervising physical therapist or physician must be readily available for consultation but not necessarily present on the premises.

Modifies Arkansas Code § 17-93-411(b) to allow athletic trainers to practice in hospitals or outpatient clinics under direct supervision of either a physical therapist (with physician referral) or a physician.

Changes the phrasing of supervision requirements from "A a physical therapist" to "A physical therapist" and clarifies the two alternative supervision options available to athletic trainers.
