Adds Arkansas Code § 12-12-928 prohibiting certain registered sex offenders from holding positions of public trust.

Defines "position of public trust" as a job in a public safety agency (fire department, law enforcement, or emergency medical service) that requires direct physical contact or immediate vicinity proximity with members of the public outside the agency building.

Prohibits sex offenders assessed as Level 2, Level 3, or Level 4 offenders under the Sex Offender Registration Act of 1997 from holding such positions.
