Raises the contribution limit to candidates for public office to $2,700 per election, amending Arkansas Code § 7-6-203(b)(1).

Modifies monthly reporting requirements for state and district office candidates to begin in January instead of November preceding an election year, with reports due within 15 days of month end.

Extends final report filing deadlines to 30 days after the end of the month in which an election is held, and requires final reports regardless of whether contributions or expenditures exceed $500.

Applies the same final reporting requirements to candidates for school district, township, municipal, and county offices, requiring reports within 30 days of election regardless of fundraising thresholds.

Changes Arkansas Code § 7-6-224 to clarify that municipalities, counties, and townships "may" (rather than "shall have the authority to") establish reasonable limitations on contribution periods, contribution amounts, and voluntary expenditure limits for local candidates.
