Adds new section 12-12-928 to Arkansas Code Title 12, Chapter 12, Subchapter 9 prohibiting persons required to register as sex offenders from serving as firefighters for volunteer fire departments.

Defines "volunteer fire department" as a fire department where firefighters actively engage in fire suppression, rescue, pump operation, or other firefighting activities on a voluntary basis or receive less than $5,000 in total compensation during the taxable year.

Applies the prohibition to all individuals on the sex offender registry regardless of the specific offense or circumstances.
