Repeals Arkansas Code § 6-14-106(d), which required school districts to publish notice identifying polling sites for each ward or precinct in newspapers 3-10 days before school elections.

Amends § 6-14-109 to consolidate school election notice requirements under the county board of election commissioners' duties, requiring notice under § 7-5-202 instead of separate school district publication requirements.

For school elections held on dates when other elections occur, the county board of election commissioners must publish notice following § 7-5-206 procedures, including time, place, and any ballot questions.

Requires notice in newspapers of general circulation in all counties where a multi-county school district has territory when the election is conducted by only the domicile county's board of election commissioners.

Amends § 7-5-202(a)(1) to add "school" elections to the list of elections requiring county board notice at least 10 days in advance, specifying required content including election date, voting hours, early voting locations, polling sites, candidates, and ballot-counting details.
