Amends Arkansas Code § 16-93-621 to allow persons eligible for parole under the Fair Sentencing for Minors Act of 2017 to be discharged from supervised parole after serving a minimum of 1 year but no more than 3 years

Applies to individuals who have already been granted parole release as of the bill's effective date or who become eligible for parole in the future

Parole Board may extend supervised parole beyond the 3-year maximum if compelling circumstances exist, with the extension period determined by the board
