Amends Arkansas Code § 17-87-312 to allow the nursing board to participate in state and federal programs that notify of arrests subsequent to initial background checks through governmental systems

Authorizes the board to submit applicants' fingerprints to the federal Next Generation Identification system for searching via future submissions, including latent fingerprint searches

Exempts applicants enrolled in the Next Generation Identification system from re-fingerprinting requirements for subsequent state or federal criminal history background checks if legible fingerprints were obtained at initial enrollment and applicant is subject to Rap Back service

Permits the Identification Bureau of the Department of Arkansas State Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation to maintain fingerprints in the Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System
