Allows lottery winners who win more than $500,000 to request that their records and information filed with the Office of the Arkansas Lottery remain confidential and exempt from public disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act.

Prohibits confidentiality protections for lottery winners who are elected officials or individuals related in the second degree of consanguinity to an elected official.

Defines "elected official" as a person who holds an elected office of a governmental body, whether elected or appointed to the office.

Requires records and information treated as confidential under this provision to become public after two (2) years.
