Amends Arkansas Code § 16-40-106(a) to establish definitions for "approved training" and "certified peer support member" in peer support programs for emergency responders.

Defines "approved training" as including nine specific subjects: critical incident stress management, psychological crisis intervention, peer support event aspects, situational crisis intervention, communication skills, crisis reaction understanding, crisis assistance mechanisms, practical tools for crisis situations, and recognition of suicidal ideation.

Defines "certified peer support member" as a law enforcement officer, firefighter, or emergency medical technician who has received approved training certified by the Arkansas Crisis Response Team, Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training, or Arkansas Fire Protection Services Board.

Specifies that certified peer support members provide emotional or moral support to emergency responders experiencing job-related stress or trauma from incidents in their official capacity.

Defines "peer support event" as any debriefing, defusing, or counseling session conducted by a certified peer support member to provide emotional or moral support to emergency responders.
