Amends Arkansas Code § 12-12-906(a)(1)(A) to add an exemption from sex offender registration requirements.

A sex offender is not required to register if the victim was under 18 years old and the offender was no more than 3 years older than the victim at the time of the offense.

The court must determine there was no evidence of force, compulsion, threat, or intimidation in the commission of the sex offense.

The court must not otherwise order registration under § 12-12-903(B)(i).
