Amends Arkansas Code § 2-19-202(d) and § 2-19-501 to subdivide and clarify language regarding fertilizer registration requirements, including minimum primary plant food units, special agricultural crop exemptions, and specialty fertilizer definitions.

Amends Arkansas Code § 2-34-201(2) and § 2-34-210(c) to make grammatical corrections to livestock branding registry definitions and State Brand Book distribution procedures.

Amends Arkansas Code § 2-38-101 to make grammatical corrections to provisions governing the taking up of animals running at large, changing "cattle" to "bovine" and "hogs" to "hog" for consistency.
