Repeals Arkansas Code § 4-26-1202, which contained obsolete fee schedules for Secretary of State services related to corporation filings that were superseded effective December 31, 1987

Amends Arkansas Code § 4-28-105(b)(1) to correct a grammatical error by changing "standing to assert a claim in their own right" to "standing to assert a claim in their own rights" for nonprofit organization members

Establishes legislative intent that this act shall not repeal other acts passed during the 92nd General Assembly's regular session and shall only make technical, not substantive, changes to the Arkansas Code

Provides that if conflicts exist between this act and other regular session acts of the 92nd General Assembly, the other acts shall be treated as subsequent legislation and take precedence, with Section 1-2-107 not applying
