Amends Arkansas Code § 18-12-401 to modernize language regarding deeds of conveyance between spouses by replacing gendered terms ("married man," "married woman") with gender-neutral language ("individual to his or her spouse")

Clarifies that deeds between spouses executed after the act's passage convey the grantor's full interest in property as if the spousal relation did not exist between the parties

Applies retroactively to deeds executed before the act's passage, treating them the same as post-passage deeds unless already construed by a court of competent jurisdiction

Defines "deed" to include all instruments of writing affecting title to real property, whether by conveyance or encumbrance

Declares that the act makes only technical, not substantive, changes to the Arkansas Code and shall not repeal acts from the 92nd General Assembly's regular session, with conflicts resolved in favor of the 92nd General Assembly's acts
