Corrects reference in Arkansas Code § 25-1-302(b) to change "Attorney General's office" to "Attorney General" regarding determination of legislative members on executive branch boards and commissions.

Amends Arkansas Code § 25-8-103 to conform the statutory name of the Office of Personnel Management within the Division of Management Services of the Department of Finance and Administration.

Corrects board name in Arkansas Code § 25-16-903(11) from "Burial Association Board" to "State Board of Embalmers, Funeral Directors, Cemeteries, and Burial Services."

Repeals Arkansas Code § 25-16-903(13) and § 25-16-904(21) due to mergers of the Arkansas Cemetery Board and Final Act Board of Directors with other boards.

Repeals expired subdivision Arkansas Code § 25-19-105(b)(17) regarding Department of Human Services records exemptions that expired July 1, 2009, and corrects formatting in Arkansas Code § 25-20-103(2) regarding "retail customer" definition under the Interlocal Cooperation Act.
