Removes immunity from civil liability for teachers and administrators who use corporal punishment on children who are intellectually disabled, non-ambulatory, non-verbal, or autistic.

Eliminates protection against civil liability, attorney's fees, and costs of defense under the School Worker Defense Program for employees or volunteers who administer corporal punishment to children with the specified disabilities.

Prohibits school districts that authorize corporal punishment from using it on children who are intellectually disabled, non-ambulatory, non-verbal, or autistic.

Prevents school districts from including provisions in their written student discipline policies that allow corporal punishment on children with the specified disabilities.

Allows teachers and administrators to use corporal punishment on any pupil except children who are intellectually disabled, non-ambulatory, non-verbal, or autistic, provided punishment complies with the district's written discipline policy.
