Appropriates $2,011,219 to the Department of Finance and Administration - Building Authority Division for fiscal year 2018-2019, payable from the Building Authority Division Maintenance Fund.

Allocates $1,000,000 for operating expenses and $1,011,219 for debt service.

Funds are supplemental to appropriations made in Act 218 of 2018.

Requires all disbursements to comply with the State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and other applicable fiscal control laws.

Declares an emergency clause due to unforeseen circumstances making existing funds insufficient for the division to continue providing essential governmental services.
