Amends Arkansas Code § 27-16-915(b)(1) to require courts to suspend driving privileges for 6 months when a person is convicted of drug possession or enrolled in a court-approved pre-adjudication specialty court program for controlled substance offenses.

Commercial driver's license holders must have their commercial driving privileges suspended for 1 year instead of 6 months.

Arkansas courts must transmit suspension orders to the Department of Finance and Administration within 24 hours of a guilty plea, finding of guilt, or specialty court enrollment, unless compelling circumstances warrant an exception.

Courts outside Arkansas with jurisdiction over persons holding Arkansas driving privileges must transmit suspension orders under an agreement with the Director of the Department of Finance and Administration.

The Department of Finance and Administration may forward Arkansas suspension orders to other states where the person holds driving privileges.
