Amends Arkansas Code § 18-46-104 to expand the Medical, Nursing, Hospital, and Ambulance Service Lien Act to include orthotists, prosthetists, and pedorthists as entities with lien rights.

Grants orthotists, prosthetists, and pedorthists the ability to place liens on patient claims, rights of action, and money owed due to injuries caused by another party's fault or neglect.

Allows these providers to recover costs and attorney's fees incurred in enforcing their liens against patient settlements or judgments.

Extends lien coverage to include the cost of prosthetic, orthotic, and pedorthic devices or medical appliances provided to patients.
