Authorizes 39 maximum regular employees for the Office of Medicaid Inspector General for fiscal year 2019-2020, including 1 Medicaid Inspector General, 1 Chief Counsel, 3 Registered Nurses, 10 Auditors, and various administrative and professional staff positions.

Appropriates $1,359,345 from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund for state operations including $900,002 in regular salaries, $4,999 in extra help, and operating expenses.

Appropriates $1,790,217 from federal funds for state operations including $1,199,998 in regular salaries and related operating expenses.

Appropriates $900,000 from state funds and $3,600,000 from federal funds for the Enterprise Fraud Program operations.

Appropriates $250,484 from cash funds for regular salaries, personal services matching, and maintenance and general operations, with an effective date of July 1, 2019.
