Repeals Arkansas Code Title 4, Chapter 29, Subchapter 3 (the Medical Corporation Act) in its entirety, effective upon enactment.

Eliminates the statutory framework that allowed licensed physicians to form professional corporations for medical practice, including provisions for registration, governance, and oversight by the Arkansas State Medical Board.

Removes requirements for medical corporations to obtain certificates of registration from the State Medical Board and comply with regulations regarding ownership, management, and employee licensing.

Eliminates appeal procedures for denied or revoked medical corporation registrations to Pulaski County Circuit Court.

Removes provisions governing share ownership and valuation for deceased or disqualified shareholders in medical corporations, and eliminates regulations for foreign medical corporations operating in Arkansas.
