Amends Arkansas Code § 16-13-331 to modify documentation requirements for counties seeking state reimbursement for juvenile officers' salaries, including certification proof, W-2 forms, and employment status forms designed by the Administrative Office of the Courts.

Allows counties to employ part-time juvenile officers and permits multiple counties within a judicial district to share the cost of a single juvenile officer's salary, with one designated county receiving reimbursement or each county designating its proportional salary contribution.

Permits counties to contract with service providers for juvenile intake and probation services and receive reimbursement for one-half (½) of the contracted salary portion, up to $15,000.

Requires counties to submit reimbursement documentation by January 1 each year; undistributed funds may be allocated to counties based on risk assessment capability, financial need, juvenile crime rates, court commitment reductions, and service plans.

Preserves the obligation of circuit judges to maintain a minimum of one intake officer and one probation officer per judicial district under Supreme Court Administrative Order Number 14.
