Amends Arkansas Code § 20-57-103 to add "live food" (live or recently deceased animals such as wild game or farm stock legally processed for human consumption) to the definition of foods covered under donor liability protections.

Extends liability immunity to donors of canned food, live food, or perishable food that is apparently fit for human consumption when donated to charitable or not-for-profit organizations for free or nominal-cost distribution.

Restricts liability protection to good faith donors, with exceptions for injuries or deaths resulting from gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct by the donor.

Clarifies that perishable food includes fresh and processed meats, poultry, seafood, dairy products, bakery products, eggs, fresh fruits and vegetables, and packaged or frozen foods, regardless of appearance, freshness, grade, or surplus status.

Preserves authority of appropriate agencies to regulate or ban food use for human consumption despite the liability protections granted to donors.
