Eliminates early voting on Saturday for preferential primary elections and general elections, removing the 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday voting hours previously available.

Early voting for preferential primary and general elections continues to be available 15 days before the election, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., but now ends on the Monday before the election instead of extending through Monday.

For all other elections (general primary, general runoff, and annual school elections), early voting ends on the Monday preceding the Monday immediately before the election day at the time the county clerk's office regularly closes.

Early voting remains prohibited on state and county holidays, and on the Sunday or Monday immediately before election day across all election types.
