• Repeals Arkansas Code Title 13, Chapter 7, Subchapter 4, abolishing the Prairie Grove Battlefield State Park Advisory Commission.

• Amends student services program definitions to replace references to the defunct Youth Suicide Prevention Task Force with a general suicide prevention public awareness program requirement for distribution to schools.
