Allows members of the Arkansas General Assembly to attend adoption hearings and juvenile code hearings, including closed hearings, unless the court excludes them based on the best interest of the child or other legal authority.

Courts may exclude General Assembly members from hearings based on the best interest of the child or the court's authority under the Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure or Arkansas Rules of Evidence.

Prohibits General Assembly members who attend hearings from redisclosing information obtained during their attendance, except as otherwise provided by law.

Amends Arkansas Code § 9-9-217(a)(1) regarding confidentiality under the Revised Uniform Adoption Act and Arkansas Code § 9-27-325(i)(1) regarding hearings under the Arkansas Juvenile Code of 1989.
