Amends Arkansas Code § 9-27-361(c) to clarify procedures for reports filed by the Department of Human Services or court-appointed special advocates in dependency-neglect hearings.

Permits the department or special advocates to file reports with the court and provide them to all parties at least seven (7) business days before scheduled hearings or to present addendum reports during hearings.

Requires the court to determine on the record whether reports or addendum reports shall be admitted into evidence based on evidentiary objections made by the parties.

Prohibits the court from considering any report, part of a report, or addendum report as evidence unless it was first admitted into evidence on the record.
