Authorizes Representative Vaught to pursue consideration of House Joint Resolution 1008 as a third proposed constitutional amendment for referral to Arkansas voters.

Authorizes Senator Pitsch to pursue consideration of House Joint Resolution 1008 if the joint resolution comes before the Senate.

Requires identical resolutions approving consideration of a third constitutional amendment to be approved by two-thirds of members elected to each house, per Section 19(C) of the Joint Rules.

The 92nd General Assembly had previously referred two proposed constitutional amendments to voters.
