Appropriates $173,748 for Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism - Shared Services for fiscal year 2020-2021, including $137,094 for regular salaries and $36,654 for personal services matching.

Appropriates $7,329,466 for Division of Heritage - State Operations from the Division of Arkansas Heritage Fund Account, covering regular salaries ($3,848,250), extra help ($65,202), personal services matching ($1,346,890), maintenance and operations ($1,779,508), grants/aids ($255,886), and Black History Commission expenses ($13,930).

Appropriates $8,854,380 for Conservation Tax - Amendment 75 programs, including $2,116,538 for regular salaries, $467,226 for extra help, $740,790 for personal services matching, and $914,729 for heritage program grants, plus $600,000 for museum/facility construction and $747,792 for special maintenance.

Authorizes 168 regular employees for Division of Heritage and 70 temporary or part-time extra help employees, establishing maximum staffing levels across various classifications from director-level to maintenance positions.

Appropriates additional funds for historic preservation ($1,040,000 federal program), Arkansas Arts Council ($810,763 federal and $153,189 state), Natural and Cultural Resources Council ($30,000,000 for state-owned lands and $3,000,000 for Main Street programs), and various cultural centers and commissions.
