Establishes a maximum of 219 regular employees for Ozarka College for fiscal year 2020-2021, including administrative, classified, and academic positions with specified salary ranges.

Appropriates $4,407,036 from the Ozarka College Fund for state operations, including $3,200,000 for regular salaries, $125,000 for extra help, and $1,080,736 for personal services matching.

Appropriates $11,126,000 from cash funds for personal services and operating expenses, including $2,500,000 for regular salaries, $225,000 for extra help, $3,500,000 for operating expenses, and $1,600,000 for capital improvements.
