Appropriates $18,984,125 from the Southern Arkansas University Fund for regular salaries ($17,009,427), personal services matching ($1,899,700), and general operations ($74,998)

Appropriates $100,000 from the Southern Arkansas University Fund for the SAU System and $54,500,000 from cash funds for university operations, capital improvements, and debt service

Appropriates $500,000 from cash funds for developing and operating a veterinary technology program and authorizes tuition reimbursement for faculty pursuing additional education in critical shortage areas
