Appropriates $887,908 from the City-County Tourist Facilities Aid Fund to the Office of the Treasurer of State for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021

Funds are designated for facility debt service and operating expenses for publicly owned eligible facilities under the City-County Tourist Meeting and Entertainment Facilities Assistance Law

Disbursement of funds must comply with the State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and other applicable fiscal control laws

Funds must be used in accordance with Agency Requests, Executive Recommendations, and Legislative Recommendations documented in budget manuals and legislative minutes

Act becomes effective July 1, 2020 with emergency clause to ensure continuous operation of the agency
