• Establishes 83 regular employees and authorizes up to 8 temporary/part-time employees for the Department of Agriculture - Arkansas Natural Resources Commission for fiscal year 2020-2021.

• Appropriates $3,510,610 from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account for regular salaries, personal services matching, maintenance, operations, conservation district expenses, surveys, water planning, and research projects.

• Appropriates $9,483,091 from cash funds for regular salaries, extra help, personal services matching, maintenance, operations, professional fees, capital outlay, and soil and water grants and loans.

• Appropriates federal and state funds across multiple programs including dam inventory ($325,969), flood insurance ($3,240,926), water quality plan implementation ($1,811,837), water waste disposal ($90,314,930), nonpoint source pollution control ($6,531,129), and construction assistance revolving loan fund ($1,086,328).

• Appropriates funds for additional programs including beaver eradication ($150,000), conservation district grants ($250,000), rural fire protection ($100,000), feral hog eradication ($3,000,000), and unpaved roads program ($250,000), effective July 1, 2020.
