Reappropriates $42,500 from cash funds for maintenance, renovation, and repair of Southwest Concourse Restrooms at War Memorial Stadium effective July 1, 2020.

Reappropriates capital project funds totaling $16,039,232 for Delta Heritage Trail State Park development ($3,316,719), Petit Jean State Park visitor center construction ($7,722,513), and War Memorial Stadium improvements ($5,000,000) effective July 1, 2020.

Reappropriates $8,248,044 from the Arkansas Natural and Cultural Resources Grant and Trust Fund for acquisition, management, and preservation of state-owned lands and historic sites effective July 1, 2020.
