Reappropriates $7,500 to the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism Division of Heritage for Community Arts Development and Arts Education programs from the Development and Enhancement Fund, effective July 1, 2020.

Reappropriates $793,966 for special maintenance from the Arkansas Division of Heritage Special Fund Account, effective July 1, 2020.

Reappropriates $30,000,000 for grants and loans to state agencies, cities, counties, and non-profit organizations for projects preserving Arkansas's natural and cultural heritage, advancing the arts, and chronicling state history from the Development and Enhancement Fund.

Reappropriates $12,807,455 total from the Arkansas Natural and Cultural Resources Grant and Trust Fund for acquisition, management, stewardship, and preservation of state-owned lands, historic sites, buildings, and structures across multiple heritage divisions and cultural centers.

All appropriations are contingent on compliance with state purchasing laws, accounting procedures, and revenue stabilization laws, with an emergency clause establishing July 1, 2020 as the effective date.
