• Reappropriates $270,000 in total funding for Northwest Technical Institute from cash funds for Industrial Technology Center and Allied Health Facility construction, parking, equipment, and furnishings.

• Declares an emergency effective July 1, 2020 and requires all disbursements to comply with State Purchasing Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, and other applicable fiscal control laws.
