Establishes maximum of 6 regular employees for the LP Gas Board for fiscal year 2020-2021, including 1 director (GS12), 3 inspectors (GS05), 1 fiscal support specialist (GS04), and 1 administrative specialist (GS03).

Authorizes 1 part-time or temporary employee ("Extra Help") to be hired when needed at rates consistent with the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.

Appropriates $499,744 from the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Fund for personal services and operating expenses, including $272,665 for regular salaries, $8,300 for extra help, $93,679 for personal services matching, and $125,100 for maintenance and general operations (including operating expense, conferences, travel, and professional fees).

Requires all fund disbursement to comply with state procurement law, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization law, salary restrictions, and Department of Finance and Administration regulations.

Declares the act effective July 1, 2020 as an emergency measure necessary for uninterrupted agency operations during the fiscal year.
