Appropriates $8,662,527 for Trial Court Administrators including $6,247,843 in regular salaries for 127 employees at Grade GS07, plus personal services matching, expenses, and substitute costs.

Appropriates $10,938,962 for Official Court Reporters including $7,210,472 in regular salaries for 127 employees at Grade GS08, plus personal services matching, expenses allowance, indigent transcripts, and substitute costs.

Appropriates $3,582,810 for reimbursement of salaries for full-time juvenile probation and intake officers under Arkansas Code 16-13-327 and 16-13-328.

Appropriates $751,180 for Drug Court Juvenile Probation & Intake Officers including $485,835 in regular salaries for 13 employees at Grade GS06, plus personal services matching and Structured Assessment of Violence Risk in Youth (SAVRY) Program expenses.

Establishes restrictions requiring the Administrative Office of the Courts to limit annual or biennial appropriation increases to available revenues and prohibits salary or expense changes that exceed actual or projected fund balances; effective July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021.
