Appropriates $2,723,663 to the Auditor of State Operations for fiscal year 2020-2021, including $1,519,665 for regular salaries (20 maximum employees), $30,000 for extra help, and operating expenses.

Appropriates $2,853,789 to the Auditor of State Unclaimed Property Program for fiscal year 2020-2021, including $731,633 for regular salaries (11 maximum employees) and $1,120,000 in professional fees.

Appropriates $25,055,250 from cash funds for payment of unclaimed property claims ($25,052,750) and operating expenses ($2,500) for the Unclaimed Property Program.

Appropriates $2,500,500 from cash funds for payment of abandoned mineral proceeds claims ($2,500,000) and operating expenses ($500).

Authorizes the Auditor of State to transfer appropriations between line items within Operations and Unclaimed Property Program divisions with approval from the Chief Fiscal Officer and prior review by the Legislative Council or Joint Budget Committee.
