SB6 Summary

• Reappropriates capital improvement appropriation balances from Act 351 of 2019 and Act 902 of 2019 to eleven Arkansas public higher education institutions, effective July 1, 2020

• Allocates funds for construction, renovation, maintenance, equipment, technology infrastructure upgrades, and critical/deferred maintenance projects across Arkansas State University, Arkansas Tech University, Henderson State University, Southern Arkansas University, University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, University of Arkansas system campuses, and University of Central Arkansas
