Reappropriates $1,303,989 from Act 363 of 2019 for repairs and renovations to the Education Center/Warehouse Building, effective July 1, 2020.

Authorizes the Department of Energy and Environment to accept grants, donations, and federal funds to supplement state treasury funds for project financing.
