Appropriates $2,411,763 from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account to the Department of Corrections - Parole Board for fiscal year 2020-2021, comprised of $1,556,535 for regular salaries, $495,017 for personal services matching, and $360,211 for maintenance, general operations, conferences, travel, and professional fees.

Establishes a maximum of 27 regular employees for the Parole Board, including 1 chairman, 6 board members, 3 revocation hearing judges, and supporting administrative and investigative staff.

Requires the Parole Board to submit annually to the Joint Performance Review Committee, Senate Judiciary Committee, and House Judiciary Committee copies of its rules, policies, administrative rules, directives, memoranda, and operational policies, excluding emergency preparedness plans.

Effective July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, with an emergency clause declaring immediate effectiveness necessary for proper agency operations.
