Appropriates $412,375 to the Department of Corrections - Arkansas Sentencing Commission for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021, payable from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account.

Establishes a maximum of 3 regular employees: one Arkansas Sentencing Commission Director (Grade GS13) and two Attorneys (Grade GS10).

Allocates $211,192 for regular salaries, $63,716 for personal services matching, $61,917 for operating expenses, $4,550 for conferences and travel, and $71,000 for professional fees.

Requires all fund disbursements to comply with state procurement law, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization law, and regulations promulgated by the Department of Finance and Administration.

Declares an emergency effective July 1, 2020 to ensure uninterrupted operation of the agency and was approved on April 20, 2020.
