Amends Arkansas Code § 14-15-308(d)(1)(A) to extend the deadline for deputy coroners employed after January 1, 2021 to complete required training from one year to an unspecified later date.

Changes the employment date threshold from January 1, 2020 to January 1, 2021 for when the one-year training requirement begins.

Declares an emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic, citing that coroners devoted extraordinary time to pandemic response and experienced severe time constraints and training cancellations.

Becomes effective upon approval by the Governor, expiration of the Governor's veto period, or override of a gubernatorial veto.
